Frequently Asked Questions

What do my HOA fees do for me?
The HOA dues pay for neighborhood services such as trash removal and snow removal in the alleyways behind the Garden Series of homes. Fees also pay for the administration of the association and association management company fees.

HOA fees also provide for a number of services as needed on an ongoing basis. Any maintenance or repairs to common areas of the community are paid by the association. Any community improvement projects, voted on by the association such as landscaping or walkway construction would also be paid for out of association fees.
