HOA Information

The Countryside at Frederick Homeowners Association (HOA) is a nonprofit organization made up of community residents. It is governed by a five person board and administrated by an outside professional management company. These residents and the management company work together to provide services that ensure that the community is a safe, enjoyable place to live.

One of the most visible functions of this organization is its capacity to maintain the environment within the community. In this role, the HOA works to ensure that playgrounds, parks, streets, other common areas and property that is visible from the street are maintained in a fashion that is set forth by the Declarations and Covenants of the Association.

To ensure that most residents are aware of the HOA’s activities and to continue an open dialogue between the HOA and residents, board of directors meetings are held throughout the year. All residents are invited to these meetings and their questions, concerns and feedback are always welcome.

The HOA also provides for neighborhood functions that bring residents together and build a sense of community at Countryside. These functions include block parties, holiday activities and other neighborhood functions.

Countryside is a neighborhood for families.
